Wine Tasting with local wines

Did you know? Cyprus has a tradition in Wine. The steep grades you’ve been climbing and the rocky paths full of stone and clay you’ve been rolling over make for excellent terroir!

A group of five people sitting at an outdoor table on a patio, listening to a man in a red shirt demonstrate how to make balloons. The patio features stone flooring, a stone wall with a flower bed, and a wooden pergola overhead.

Basket Weaving Workshop

In the neighbouring community of Choirokitia you will find a renovated old traditional house of 1850 which converted into a Basket Weaving Workshop and Museum. There you find unique exhibits. You will watch how they are made from the hands of Mr. Petros Nikolaou who is the heart of the place.

Local Microbrewery

Post Race Beers are good for the health. Especially if they come from an award winning microbrewery!

The Master of the Grill

In greek we say that the way to someone’s heart, passes through the stomach. Well tonight you’re gonna love us! Vegetarians included!

Yoga Sessions

Nothing like starting your day with a good stretch, a deep breath and an appreciation of the sun and breeze

Two girls walking along a sidewalk at night in front of a building with green doors and windows, shadows from trees cast on the ground.

A Day in Nicosia (for non-riders)

A bus will take you to an excursion in Nicosia. On a self guided tour you can visit the most beautiful local spots. You might visit the old part of the city, visit numerous museums and galleries and walk in the old city alleys. Whatever we do we promise it’ll be grand!

Hallumi Making (for non-riders)

A visit to a local goat farm will convince you that Cyprus still has a strong bond to its tradition. Loulla will show us how halloumi is made, and if we time it well we might get to taste it fresh and warm as it comes out of the cooking pot!
